Default Poacher question

Last season a couple of fellas were caught with a large number of fish in their possession. I am sure that the results of their punishment was reported here but somehow I missed it. Can somebody give me a short synopsis of the end result of their offense.

Look up at the right top corner of this page ... By the Google Banner type in Poachers ... Click the www.fishingtn circle and then search ... Any subject that has ever been posted on the site can be found there ... Use it ... <'TK><

They are restricted to only fishing out of a boat with Merv. Pretty severe penalty.

They got a slap on the wrist. Penalty should have been much more severe, IMO.

im sure another boat or 2 will get busted this year doing the same thing someplace. whether its below the dams for white bass, or JPP for hybrids...some people just cant be satisfied with an honest days catch.
whether people agree with them or not, regulations are put in place for good reasons.
with any luck, they will have learned thier lesson and wont risk doing that again.

The TWRA didn't keep their boat so they took their poaching habits to Kentucky. Hopefully they'll be busted up there soon.

To all the readers of this thread, please disregard SAMBOLIE'S comments. He has been released from the ward and is no longer under strict observation and has obviously gone off his meds again. We'll recapture him soon and re-med him and he'll be alright in a week or two.

All Hail to Merv The Great!

Not sure about Sambolie but I am pretty sure myself and Merv were both off our meds yesterday. We decided it would be a good idea to fish yesterday in the high north winds. While the wind was a PITA the blizzqard that hit us and covered both boats in snow was probably the most interesting day I have had on OH. Plus to boot I didnt catch a fish
