Default Creeks starting to heat up...

Waded a local creek today from 2-4 pm. Finally seen some life from the other species besides LM. Gills and smaller LM were hitting white TM twitched in 4 FOW. Redeye and larger bass were hitting black senko wacky rigged. This upcoming week should improve the bite a little also. It was a nice day outside for some fishing. Wish I could have gone.

That bluegill looks like it came from some pretty cold water still. I really enjoy catching those red eyes especially on a fly rod.

These warmer rains coming in ought to heat up the action in streams/rivers, as well as lake bays fed by them. Here's to hoping that arctic cold is gone for good!
