They are all the way down to the area under the OHB bridge and also the water is rolling heavy!!!

No signs of fish busting underneath? Looks like a feeding frenzy going on! Maybe a shad kill coming through from the other side. Either way its pretty cool to see. Did you fish, or see anyone else fishing?

No, I didn't fish and neither was anyone else, either side of the river. When there is that much natural food, it's really tough to get a bite.

And zero activity on the surface. The shad kill was in full effect thus so many birds. And the fish don't have to chase, just hang there with their mouths open.
