Default Jpp crappie

I woke up at 5 am and listened to Doug Markham's show for 45 minutes before going fishing. I got to my spot at 6 am only to find 4 people on it already. The next 2 hours I caught 13 keepers. I still caught 12 nonkeepers but the overall size of the keepers crappie is getting better. I caught 4 that would not fit into the crappie checker. The big 13 inchers were full of eggs. I caught them all on killer klat crappie magnets and 1/16 ounce jigheads. I am going tommorow early before church, and I will post a report in the afternoon.

Man you're putting a hurting on those Crappie! Nice job, I never even attempt going after them in Winter but you seem to have it down!

Isaac, I think you need to host a tnfishing fish fry!! Are they continuing to bite on up into the morning or has it just been an early bite?

Wow, full of eggs, that's a surprise. I admire your dedication. That's what it takes to catch fish. Thanks for the report, and good luck in the morning.
