Default Mlk day jpp report part 2/ baby rockfish?

I started out walking back to my one crappie spot and I stopped and talked to a man. It turned out to be fisher01 and he reconized me as creekcrappie. I did not catch anything in the crappie spot so I walked to my other spot that I normally catch yellow and white bass on. I caught 6 yellows 2 hybrids and this one fish that looks like a baby rockfish. At least I think so. Just wanted to see what you guys say this is.

I'd say hybrid based on the body depth and the fact that the head looks small in comparison to the body.

I'll attach a pic of a small, but fat, striper. Note the dark lines and head size in comparison to the body.

Good job man, it's getting about that time on JPP. I have been going over my journal and in a few weeks the whites and yellows should start turning on for us.

Good fish Isaac. The fact that you do this from the bank is even more impressive.
