Default Early morning crappie

Me and my dad fished jpp from 6:30 until 9:00. We caught 14 keepers and 10 non keepers. My dad lost one that looked like it was 14 inches. All the fish were caught on crappie magnets and 1/16 ounce jig heads. At the end someone was catching a lot more that us because they were using crappie niblets. The colors of the crappie magnets were killer klat, white and chartreuse and "sho nuff" colors. The biggest crappie was 13 inches long. I am taking a break to eat lunch and am going back out later this afternoon. Pics are coming later.

Very good start for the day. Are you throwing the CM and then letting it drift back or how do you fish it? I still have not caught anything other than a Bluegill on them.

Let it sink to the depth you want it and slow reel it in. Or you can fish it with a float in the choppy water.

Ed, he is a 47 year old midget posing as a young man.

I think he is amazing. Bill Dance better watch out.
