Default Jpp 12/17-12/18

Was able to get on the water for the first time in several weeks.

Fairly slow with the wind and weather but did catch my largest Crappie of the year, just over 13.

The spot was just over 8", the Crappie were 13" and 11.5". The Crappie were caught on the Killer Klatt CM and #4 Trout Magnet SOS line. The spot was caught on a 1/2oz jigging spoon. Had several other short strikes and lost a bigger spot at the bank. Still havent been able to find the whites and yellows.

I'd have trouble finding white and yellow bass, too if I was sitting on a school of big crappie that were biting, lol. Good job.

Nice looking fish...congrats on your catch. As for finding the whites and yellows...you know the old saying "Never leave a spot your catching fish"...LOL.
