Default Harpeth River

I have floated twice in the last couple of weeks and caught zero. Both times were blue bird days and falling water so that may be the answer. Anybody catching anything?

I threw Sliders, rebel craws, little rapalas. Nothing going...

Go with Trout and Crappie Magnets on 2lb-4lb line. In the past I've had great success with tubes as well on the Harpeth.

I have not yet fished the harpeth, but in Georgia riversI fished a lot of reaction baits. Poppers and spooks, spinnerbaits and chatterbaits, square bill cranks up until late November or so which is when I switched to a jig/craw.
My bass on the stones the other day came On a big pop-r.

X2 on the TM's. Gold is a great color for that river. A little ways down from the put in by tipacanoe there is a high muddy bank on the left with a mud slide going down it. The smallies stack up pretty good in there.

It has definitely turned way down lately...I fished it as much as 3 times per week in the Summer and am now doing once or twice a week and have seen a drop off...give the TMs and CMs a try...they are great, for sure! What section are you fishing? I can only speak for areas between Franklin and Hwy 100...haven't gone past 100 nor south of Fieldstone Farms.

Narrows and Newsomes Mill to Hidden Lake. Both were fishy looking. Going to try tomorrow afternoon.

Fished with TM's and trout slayers. We caught a ton of pumpkinseeds and bream. One decent bass was caught on a slider.
