Default old hickory lake fishing report 9/17/2013

I took a new friend name James fishing with me and the weather was great all day.The fish were there and the bait fish too but nothing wanted to bite no matter what we put on, then it came to me it was a bright full moon last night and the fish were feeding at night so it was going to be hard to catch anything. Well it was fun to have someone to take too on a nice day out even if we didn't hook up.Till the next time out..................woody

Have you ever played golf?? Trust me, there is no fishing day, no matter how tough, that is more frustrating than playing golf! Nothing makes me cuss more.

yesterday evening we fished near Flippers and shad were schooling in the creek mouths. We caught a few small fish on crankbaits.
