Great 3 hours on Caney 9/16 - FishingTN.com Tennessee's Fishing and Boating Community

Went to the Caney this AM even if for only 3 hours.It seems that the call has come for us to meet up with another person to start feeding folks and taking request for help in Colorado due to the floods.
This morning I decided to use just the new color T M,Gainer, with both gold and black jig heads.Caught 46 using gainer on 2 lb. SOS line, 2 lb. floro leader under a float. Also,most were stockers but four were in the 16-18" length.
The new color works well in 2' of river but seem to work better in 4-6' of river.
I called T M and was told that Gainer is not on web yet.If you want,call Stephanie and she will send.They already have them in packages.

The color is gold and orange.

Nice report Ed. It was good talking with you. Looks like the fishing on the Caney may be picking up.

I think Ed is on his way to help out the flood victims in Colorado. I talked to him yesterday and he fished before they turned the generators on. He wade fishes.....I have never known him to fish during generation.
