Default New catfish honey hole on priest

Well it looks like I have a new catfish honey hole I found on priest last night. I went from 4 pm to 7:30 pm Tuesday, and I caught a total of 9 catfish. Some were small channels, some 3-4 pound channel catfish. I caught my first ever blue cat that looked to be about 10 pounds. I caught them all on chicken liver. I forgot to measure them.

I don't think they will last that long! I keep the freezer pretty stocked full of trout from all the trout stockings. I probably will keep fishing in the winter, and I hope to catch some crappie from our boat when we get it fixed. And GO DORES!

That was a quick move from 'how do I catch catfish?' to wearing them out! Great job!

Nicely done, looks like some good meals coming up. While we're diverting this to football though, can I give a shoutout to my Miami Hurricanes!! Beating up on the lowly Florida Gators, what a beautiful thing.

Cats are funny like that, seems like the school up together, and if you get into one you'll get into several in a hurry. I had a similar experience catching a mess of cats while crappie fishing with minnows/bobbers on JPP.

Big game tonight, Anchor Down! VU needs all the support it can get! LETS GO!!!!
