Smile Another Great day On JPP <'TK><

Got started a little late this morning ... Had to turn back to the house ... The wife had something in Her eye ... Nothing more miserable !! Got it flushed out and on the water at 7:45 AM ...

Ran into Merv ... He was chasing Hybrids ... And having a lot of fun ... (sorry Merv, I left my 200's at home ... A little to shallow for the 300's ... Appreciate the heads up though in that Bay ... !!)

Actually we got in to some Hybrid action pretty quick .. caught two right off the bait ... I let the Wife get into these ... She really enjoyed the fight ... But we set out to put some Crappie in the freezer for winter ...

Todays total ... Caught 21 Crappie 14 Keepers ... Most averaged 12 to 13 Inches ... Caught them every were from 16 to 21 feet ... Majority ... And for kicks and Giggles ... headed for 45 feet Plus water ... And caught 3 suspended in this depth ... Boat speed 1.5 to 1.8 MPH depending on wind ...

Also Caught 2 Hybrids, 2 stripe, 4 small bass, and a nice Drum ... And I know this doesn't count but Lost a nice something half way to the boat ??

Oh Yes !!! Learned a very valuable lesson today !!! Turn off your Cell Phone when you get on the water to fish !! ... Not taking calls ... But was listening to messages .. Wasn't paying attention ... Went to shallow and lost a Bandit before I could get a plug Knocker on it ... %%#^$&(&^&*^&%^&&* !!!

The wife and I had a very enjoyable Day together !!! <'TK><

About time you fished more and worked less.

Looks like a lot of fun.
