Default Took my pops fishing this morning

So my dad and I went out this morning to fish one of the rivers here in murfreesboro I grew up fishing. We loaded up the john boat and hit the water around six this morning. We caught some good fish today my dad has been on a frog fishing kick ever since I took him to guntersville a few weeks ago. He ended up catching 6 or so on the frog and I caught a few on a d bomb, one really nice red eye. I have not seen one that big in years, the picture does not do it justice. I broke a fish off that I never got to see, so I am sure it went around 10 pounds or bigger....... We had a good time fishing then came home and had a few cold beers and grilled out some T bones for his birthday. Overall not a bad day.
