TK for President

I know this is a fishing forum but want to give gratitude to TK and the folks that keep this a clean site. My boys and I frequently visit the site, check out the pictures and the captions- no trash or filth to be read-just a bunch of guys expressing what they love. I have three that can read and my 4 yr old is a genius (like his mother) so just a matter of time for him. I feel ok to let anyone of my kids bring this site up and look around and sit in awe of some of the catches/pics and down right funny things that some of you all say.

Now for last weekend's fishing report-

We fished this past Saturday on Ft. Loudon. We managed to catch around 100 fish with, 85 being Crappie, but only around 35 of them measured. Fish were holding in 15-25 feet of water and caught on Bandit 300, Rebel Wee-R, and Radar Love crank baits. We also caught one giant Blue Channel Cat.

But Danny, Jeremy, and myself do appreciate your insight and really like to hear that we are doing something right ...

FishingTN is approaching it's 16th year on the web ... From the get go I wanted to make this a family oriented site where Parents could let there children explore and learn ...

Now it is not to say it's easy to keep it this way ... Jeremy and I work hard at keeping the spammers off of the board. Also We have to play mediator sometimes when a post/thread goes the wrong way and someone get's their feelings hurt ... You would not believe the PM's We get ... I have to clear my PM mail box out about every three days because it gets full...

But to me the bottom line is It's all worth it ! ... I have met some great people who are active members on the board and some guys you very seldom hear from ... The membership of all you Fishermen is what Makes this site so popular.

Also what makes Us different is the fact FTI (Fishing Tennessee Inc.) Covers all type of species and types of fishing .. Bank, Power boats, Kayaks, Canoes , Fly fishermen, etc. ... This is what makes the site bursting with information and knowledge ... And all of you are eager to help our youth and newcomers to the sport. And for this Friends,....
