Fished VFW for a couple of hours today. It was great...the weather was even better than the previous two. Temp was 73 and there was cloud cover and a very gentle breeze. I was able to catch a half dozen shell crackers all at about the 7-8 inch mark.....got to love the coloration of these fish. The fight was good and I had the lake to myself. Did have a conversation with a TWRA officer that stopped by.
