Default Canada 2013 Sakwite Lake

Five buddies and I were in Canada all last week fishing on a fly-in lake around Emo Canada. Only one cabin on the lake, five boats. Great time.
Smallmouth- 700+. Biggest 18" Probably caught 20 over 18".
Walleye- 150+. Biggest 23". Caught 80 off the dock one evening.
Northern Pike- 60+ Biggest 40" X 2. Caught many over 30.
Giant pike liked to steal smallies and walleyes from the hook. So I pulled the largest lure I had- a Rapala Glide Bait. I missed three more over 40" all on the same bait over two days!. All but one hit right next to the boat. It was amazing till it broke off on second to the last day. I almost three up. Two photos attached are the two I did get into the boat. Both within 15 mins of each other.

Wow, 700+ smallies, that is amazing. That looks like a must do trip.
