Default Priest Crappie

What gives this year? I typically catch a lot of crappie off the marina docks this time of year but they just aren't there. Have they already moved shallow?

Caught between 35-40 Saturday on the mats in 8-9' of water. Only 12 keeper size though. The black crappie were gorgeous with their colors.

Do y'all just look for structure when your fishing shallow banks?
