Here is a pic of Randy Howell checking his bait on the umbrella rig between casts. Sure looks faintly like more than three hooks on there. Am I seeing things or is this rig illegal for here.

I can't see it clear enough, but maybe only 3 of the swimbaits have hooks? Who knows!
