Default New Lake in Lewisburg

We got in a little fishing today (3-30-13) before the rain started. I caught my first fish of the year on a white and chartreuse crappie magnet. Our 12 year old caught his first bass of the year on a black slider. Didn't get to fish but about two hours before the rain ran us off. Looking forward to hitting Williamsport soon.

I fished it pretty heavy for a year. I never saw any carp. It is an ideal lake for canoe....kayak. It is mostly a panfish lake with good Gills and Shell Crackers.

Regards

I fished it on Sunday. Caught about 50 lbs of Carp and 4 Small mouth between 18 and 20".

Smoked the carp today. Delicious eating. I plan to bring the smallies to the FishTn gathering this year.
