Default ?? for Alpha

Alphahawk, have you ever tried the trout slayer jig heads? They have a larger hook which I like when using the trout jig to target crappie. Seem to get a better hook up.

The TM people are advertised to be in the 'boro tomorrow at the New Vision Baptist Church tomorrow.

I will stop by their booth.

Glad you are doing better. Just takes time. I have been walking in to a place on JPP and having some luck with Crappie. About 1/2 mile or so walk. My knee feels good. Nothing slab size but mostly keepers. They stopped biting last week when water was falling but should be back in today. Just a tad cold for me to try today.

Find you a pool to do walking and march using high steps etc. Good luck...

jaycee....I have used that hook under the same premise as you. But I always come back to the TM hook. They have new ones out that are much sharper. Ask about them at the booth...get some samples of them if you can and feel free to use my name. The knee is coming along well but it is so tight...feels like it needs a ton of grease in there and all wold be well. You told me I could probably fish Nickajack after 6 weeks and I think you will be right. I am way beyond where I should be and am working hard at home with all the exercises. Thanks for the advice.

Regards

I met Ed and Weldon the snowy morning yesterday. They did a good, informative seminar about trout fishing. Made me want to go fishing so I walked in to JPP and caught a dozen nice crappie.

Used the purple.
