Default $100.00 fishing trip at JPP!

Well since I worked all day yesterday I skipped church today to go fishing and GOD showed up and reminded me that laying out of Church to go fishing is not the thing to do. I was backing my truck and boat trailer out of the parking stall to load up my boat and I backed into this guys car, put a nice dent in the door. He wanted to call the police and get a report. His car was a piece of junk with more damage than I could have ever done. I told him that I did not want to get a report due to me having a CDL and asked what would it take to make it right? He said $150.00 I told him I would give him a $100.00 and he took it...So skipping church to go fishing cost me $100.00! Caught some nice small jaws a few spots but nothing to brag about!

Hey TN, He had a bunch of fisherman that worked with Him. We have Sat. night service at Joy Church in Mt Juliet that several folks on here attend, and they fish on Sunday mornings. Come on by and see us sometime. The pastor is a big time fisherman.

TNJugger - that wasn't God punishing you for skipping church Sunday. God understands that a guy's gotta fish every once in a while. On the other hand, He clearly had to send you a message about fishing Percy Priest instead of Old Hickory. What were you thinking???

There were schools of bass and stripe crashing threadfin shad from the mouth of Barton's Creek all the way up to Armstrong Island, from first light until about 9:00 a.m. - it was quite a sight.

I was fly fishing for the Fly South Carp Tournament so I didn't really chase them, but I imagine that a guy with an inline spinner, Cordell Spot, or a small white spinnerbait could have really cleaned up out there.

I like fishing the upper end of Priest in the spring. It's easy then. This time of year, it can be a tough lake.

Hey Jugger. It has nothing to do with God being upset with you. He will love you forever. I would say its because your a Moron . Also just a heads up , I would be willing to bet that 75 % of everyone on here thinks your a dill weed and that your a loud mouth that causes alot of trouble. I quit using the site due to your stupidity. Think before you type . Not everyone is a tough guy like you and not everyone cares what you have to say.

Im sure that the guys running the site know your doing nothing but causing hard feelings on here. I liked the site until i started reading your cracking on people all the time. I know they would have to agree with me .

It sucks that you backed into someone, but you had someone with you. Couldn't they have been your groundsman, and backed you safely?
