Default Night Patterns on OH?

Is anyone really seeing any patterns for night fishing on Old Hickory for bass. Really would like to start spending a little time during the week. Maybe from around 6-7'ish to 10-12'ish.

Back when I bass fished more, we'd hit brush piles, flats, and structure along the main channel until it got good and dark, and then later in the night we'd switch to fishing big carolina rigged lizards around boat houses. That seemed to work pretty well. I know folks who fish the willow grass beds at night and apparently hit some big bass that way too.

I'm more of a trout guy than a bass fisherman these days though, especially since I spend most of my time with a flyrod in my hand.

It is Dakota and thanks bd, went last night till about 11:30, first big fish, 3-1/2 to 4 came about 10:30. It was slowwwwww and far between. Fished creek channels running up on 3-5ft flats. Did not get out on main channel and fish much. My try that in the next day or two. I think the water temp was about 86 or 87. Should have worked the grass a little more too I think. Hope to see you tonight Dakota.

Some of the biggest bass I have caught on hickory was from slow rolling a big black spinner bait with dark colored colorado blade. Caught a 5lb & 4lber in a row doing that out of weed beds right after some rain. They about took the pole out of my hands.

Scott, thought about a blade the other night and didn't try it. Thanks for the tip, will try it some this weekend if get a chance to get out. I used to do pretty good over on priest at night with them several years ago. I have just been sticking to my soft plastics and jigs. I have got to get a little more variety.
