Default Boat Ramps

I thinks im goings to venture out to the east side of OH lake/Cumberland river. I have never been on that side of the lake/river. I have a 21' boat and am concerned with the ramps (space to park) and safety of leaving my vehicle behind. I am in H'ville so i have to put in on the "north" side of the river or cross it. I know of Hunters point next to 231 bridge and Second Creek farther down. Anyone been to either of these ramps and are there others past Cairo bend. Are there ramps next to Cordell Hull dam? Want to chase some stripers and know this area seems to be the place. Any info/help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
James

There are good ramps on both sides of the river below Cordell Hull Dam.

Here are pics and location to most Old Hickory Boat Ramps. I put this together a few years back as part of a larger fisheries project for Old Hickory.

Hope it helps,
