Default Pickwick 4-26-2012

Hit Pickwick at around 9:30 AM this morning. Got into bigger Smallies today. Only one Shell Cracker but a nice one....weighed in just over a pound. There are 22 Gills in photo. Would have caught more but could not keep the Small Mouth off and also quite a few Large Mouth. I caught 20 Smallies....all between the smallest one in the pic and the largest one. The smallest being 13 inches and the biggest being 15 inches. The Large Mouth was a solid 2 to 3 pound fish maybe more......had 5 of those...all same size. Came home around 1:00 PM. Getting older and getting more tired....LOL. Several of the Gills were Knot Heads going the 3/4 of a pound mark. Those fish yesterday and the ones today all are going to the Senior Community Center here. Some of the Gills I put in the basket I would not normally keep but those folks clean them whole so there is quite a bit of meat there. Not happy with my photos. I like the camera...got it real cheap....waterproof.....makes great videos....but you can't video yourself while landing a fish. I need to use timer and tripod again I guess to get the good shots of the best fish. Having said that though the Play Sport does not make good still shots...but will have to do until I get a Go Pro.

Regards
