Default Sauger in the Buffalo or Duck?

I've floated the Buffalo a couple times and have been impressed with the rock bass and smallmouth fishing but I have yet to hook into a sauger. Are there any sauger in the Buffalo or the Duck Rivers? The Buffalo is just like a river I used to fish in Indiana only we would catch about one sauger for every dozen smallmouth. Being connected to the Tennessee River system I have to believe they are in there?!!

I've heard that people catch em close to the Tennessee river so it wouldn't surprise me if they travel up the duck or buffalo...
