Default Great weekend on the caney

We had a great two days of fishing on the caney over the weekend. We caught and release over 30 fish with with several over 20" with the biggest being 27" . We were fishing jerkbaits and gulp alive minniows. The brown trout were very active hitting shad on top of the water. Here are a few pics of the trout we caught. Cant wait to get back next weekend

Sounds like it was a great trip. I'll be out there soon, once the morone family of fish go to their summer pattern.

That has me all ready for late summer nights and spring isn't even quite here.

Nice trip.
