Default JPP Alphahawk

Alphahawk, finally got out fishing again. Had the knee done. Got into the small crappie using the Percy crappie magnet mostly under a bobber as the wind made it hard to cast without.

Came home with 7 over 11". Actually caught 57 short and some probably went over 10" but I only needed enough for a meal and then a sandwich of left overs.

Started of with minnows but the magnet is much faster. Had to be fast as the crappie must be going on bed and were on trying to move the minnow or jig.

Thanks for your help. I learned a new way to fish and love it. May try Nickajack Wed but today back to JPP and try to find the larger ones.

I fished around the Hong Kong Island area.

Got me one of those ESP rod you don't like. It is very sensative.

Good to hear you had good results jaycee. The fish at Nickajack should be in there for another 5 weeks or so. They have moved into the bay next to where we fished before. Just go to the bay and fish from the bank in the rip rap...and they are close to the bank now...I mean like only one to two foot out.
