I talked to a guy that was there the same day as me. I had seen him tying his boat near a point as I was fishing . I saw him later as I was leaving, he had his limit and told me how he had caught them. The people fishing on the docks weren't catching anything and this guy only fished for about an hour and a half so his method worked.

OK, I'll drag the boat over in the morning and we can hook up. I have plenty of minnows left over from yesterday and we can fish for whatever we can try to coax into biting.
The concessionaire says he opens at 5:30, but it won't get light now til about 7AM. I'll get there between 6:30 and 7:00.
