MM 350 on I-40 towards Knoxville

I saw a giant plant of some sort on the water anybody know what it is? I think it was on the Clinch River, more importantly is there a discharge like GSP?

Yep, That is the Kingston Steam Plant (TVA) and yes it does have a Warm water discharge .... <'TK><
