Below Percy Priest

I am doing some boat maintenance tomorrow but was thinking about getting in a couple of hours fishing......has anyone been below Priest?

I know they are generating 24/7 right now and was thinking the white bass and stripers might be moving up.

I know that only the generator side has public access for a while, but I used to catch quite a few fish during generation by throwing a Rapala #7 or 9 out and letting the current swing it back before making an erratic retrieve parallel to the shore.
