Default Percy Priest Bass

I had only fished JPP once before for a short time and had a few small bass to show for it ao I wasn't expecting much on this short outing. Ventured out to fish Percy Priest for a few hours late Saturday afternoon launching from teh Anderson Road Campground. We didn't have any luck until near the end of our trip I thought I hooked into a catfish with my shakey head rig. Turns out it was a personal best bass for me weighing in right at 5lbs. And then my friend turned right around in the same spot and pulled in a nice 3 pounder on yum dinger.
I may have to venture back out to JPP
We released both to catch another day.

Nice bass.

I haven't fished Percy in a while. May need to poke around over there a bit.

Nice catch and you will be rewarded by letting her get bigger so you can catch her when she's 7 or 8lbs.
