I went by Jefferson Springs today. It is closed to boats. The water look settled enough, but you can't even reach the parking lot. I do know that they are releasing water. I am going to call the Corps tomorrow and see what ramps are open.

According to the Army Corps, the only ramp open is Hurricane Creek. I went by Stewart's Creek ramp I saw a few people launching their boats. I am going to take the canoe out later on.
