WTB Trolling Motor (transom)

I'm looking for a small 30 or 40lb transom mount trolling motor...I know they're available new for about $100 but this is going onto my "occational" creek boat so I'm trying to keep my cost in that rig as low as possible. Let me know if you have one collecting dust.
