Default Rockfish below Old Hickory dam

Anybody ever catch rockfish down stream of OHD when they aren't letting water out of the gates?

Exclamation

Yes but not on purpose.
Bass fishing wing walls gets a couple here and there,
albeit small (for me 2-4 lbs) they are there.

There is always those big jumps in the middle of the current while I'm fishing bluffs ect. Not sure if those are Rocks herding shad or Big Cats.

Default The Gates

That is the best time. To be honest they were biting pretty good three weeks ago without the gates in a few key areas. Huge fish, spoolers. Lately mostly flathead and blues. Still good times. Leaving bruises on the gut.
