Default Ky lake Crappie

Had a good day 4/10/19 fishing 8-6 foot of water had about 10 shorts and 14 in the 11 inch range. On a side note dropped a rod an reel in the lake fished it out do I take it apart and oil or rebuild it was only in water about ten minutes fells fine when using .

Nice catch!!! I’d take the reel apart and put some oil or light grease on it. Won’t hurt and may make it a little smoother.

Nice fish-

Open that reel up and work some oil into all those bearings or it can get be impacted, in the water 10 minutes is a pretty long time.
