Default JPP crappie

Anyone know whAt the spawn is looking like? I know they prefer the wAter temps to hit high fifties and sixties but until the recent rain I know the lakes been colder than past yeArs. Anyone hAve any idea if they hAve stArted to move up or not? I thought they were getting close to it for a minute but now I've heard it's been spotty fishing at best. Any thoughts or info would be appreciated and if you feel better PM that's ok too. Not asking for spots but just generAl info

3 of us went to Priest last Thursday. We has several shorts and 3 keepers. 2 females and one male. The male had some breeding colors. He was a black crappie. The females were caught a couple miles from the male and they were 90% spawned out. I don't remember if they were black or white crappie. Water temp was 54 when we hit the lake and 58 when we left. Hope that helps.
