Thumbs up old hickory lake fishing report

I have been injecting soft plastic lately and my newest bait is a stinger bait that's 11/2" long and is great for catching crappie, bluegill and just about anything that swims. I got tired of going out to get some baits and find they didn't have the colors I wanted so now I make my own. Mr. Ed and I go out just about everyday fishing and yesterday we tested my newest bait in the nature park creek. We caught crappie, bluegills, skippies, yellow bass and small large mouth. Whats great about making your own baits is you can remake the old baits into new ones. We are going to blue grass marina today to see if the tilapia are back in yet. The tilapia are at the steam plant right now and they are bigger then last year, up to nine pounds have been caught. If you want to catch more of the bigger tilapia, fish without the float on the bottom in the deeper water. Well its time to go fishing so good luck and GOD BLESS.........Woody

I have caught bass, crappie, bluegills, small mouth, catfish and anything that swim's on my new baits. You can find my videos on Facebook, just look at reel men of God page. Or Woody's fishing video on YouTube. Or at my page Woodrow Tillery on Facebook.
