Default Kayak crappie fishing at Woods

Took the kayak to Woods this morning to slow troll jigs for crappie. Here is a photo of the 15 fish limit.

Very nice! I fished Woods for the first time this earlier this year. Tough lake, I caught some crappie and whites but no bass. How many did you catch total?

Any idea on how woods will handle all this rain? I think I am going in the morning.

The whole lake will be muddy, heck it gets muddy from just strong winds on most places, but like Mr Randy says "you don't know if you don't go", good luck!

I drove by the lake this morning. The lake is high because of the rain but it is clear enough to crappie fish!

That is good Aero, I could have sworn it would take longer with all the rain and creeks coming fast into lake
