Fished Fop tournament yesterday 3--20-17 out of Long Hunter. We weighed in 12 pounds of did and finished.fourth. I think 17 pounds won it. All of our fish except one came off of baby brush hogs or mini baby brush hogs in 6 to 8 feet of water.at the drops off the banks. Caught only one off of a crank bait. We caught.probably three limits of fish. There were not on rabbits yesterday at all. Great day of fishing though and weather was perfect.
Thanks for the report. I was putting in yesterday as you guys were coming back to weigh in. I decided to start my fishing once the wind started to howl. After finding wind protected coves, we started to do OK on swimbaits in the shallows. Got off the water right before the storm rolled in.
