Default Anti-cavitation repair?

Does anybody on here do or know of anyone who does quality anti-cavitation repair and welding? My new (to me) boat came with a hydrofoil and when i went to remove it, i noticed a giant chuck of the plate missing. No idea how i missed this while inspecting the boat before purchasing but it did. Thanks fellas!

Thanks TK. Will do! I plan on dropping the lower unit this weekend for new gaskets and water pump. Might as well have it repaired while it's off!
