Default GSP Friday

Picked up my dentist friend (as some of you know I'm in dental sales) around 930 at flippers. I went out about 630 that morning. Wanted to scout it out see how the bite was. Ended up pulling up and had a 27 pounder in about the first 10 minutes. About 15 minutes later a 20 pounder. Did catch a smaller 5 pound fish after that. Left to go get Ken who has not caught a striper. So we accomplish two things his biggest striper and his first three striper. His first two were maybe 3 pounds. His last one I'm guessing was around 6-7 Forgot to weigh him. All in all a good day he was very excited to say the least. Oh forgot we used A-Rigs. My picture is a little blurry the guy next to me who I just met was kind enough to take that snapshot of the 27lber.

Good looking fish!

I stopped up there for a couple hours in the afternoon Friday. I saw a deck boat on its way out as I was coming in so looks like that was probably you. I caught one ten pounder and missed one other bite. That was the first time I've had the boat out since October. Felt good to escape work for awhile and get outside!
