Default Hydrographics/dipping

Well, santa brought me a new handgun for Christmas so im considering getting my other handgun dipped. Ive put hundreds and hundreds of rounds though it so the black finish is wearing down, pants rivets have marked up the side, ect.
Has anybody here had any kind of hydro dipping done locally?

In Murfreesboro - http://www.bamcustoms.com/
Seen good things about this guy on TNGunowners.com - brandon@midtngunsmithing.com
Old Hickory Gunsmithing in Soddy Daisy gets good recommendations.

Personally I would have it Cerakoted or Parkerized for a more durable finish. Hydro dipping will rub off if it is a holstered gun.

I've got a M&P 9 cerakoted and it holds up pretty well. It's a few years old now and shows holster and use wear but that's expected.
