Default Normandy today

Went to Normandy for about 2.5-3 hours. Caught 3 crappie at the only spot I tried, the wind was brutal where I was fishing and the trolling motor decided to crap out,so now I'll have to see if it's fixable or if I'll have to get a new one. The smallest was 12" and the biggest was 16.25",the 3rd one was 16" even. All on minnows.

That seems to be how Normandy rolls. Not many fish, but if you find a few they'll have some BIG shoulders on them. I don't know if it's worth all the times I've been skunked over there.

Yep,I know a few people that can go there any time of day,any time of the year and catch a limit. The most I've ever caught in one trip was 9.

It won't shut off,and of course it broke while on wide open, lol. The tiller handle spins completely around in circles,it "catches" where the "off" should be but it doesn't shut off or go in reverse. I may try to take it apart and see what's broke tomorrow.
