Went for about an hour after work yesterday and was having a blast catching gills, small crappie, small bass, drum on 2lb sos line and tm's. Used a 32nd oz black tm head and a bison color for the first 30 minutes or so and had to change the head color to chartreuse to keep getting bites. About 45 minutes in I hooked up with something much bigger than I'd been catching. A nice sauger was hanging out in the very back of a creek in less than 4 ft. of water on the Cumberland close to Ashland City. Thanks to Ed and Randy for their openness and encouragement to keep learning how to use these baits. Thanks to everyone else on this forum who post their catches with tm's and cm's and whatever you use to catch fish. The posts are great to read and very informative!
