Default Pretty new to fishinging

Hello everyone. I'm pretty new to fishing. I live in the Antioch area and asking for any advice on good places to go fishing from the bank or piers. I don't have a boat but love to fish! I'm open to catching any types of fish. Any advice would be great! Thanks!

You have a lot of good places all around you. Try Smith's Springs area and Long Hunter state park. But the best thing to do is get out and walk the banks while the water is low.

ive fished it a few times. It can be good! Best to bank fish it now while the water is low so you can fish pretty much the whole lake perimeter. There are some really nice bass in there.

I don't know a whole lot about bass fishing yet. Thought about taking my wife after church today. You think I could catch anything off the pier?

Just about all the TWRA lakes offer good bank fishing. Might require a drive.
