Default Ole slickery

Has anyone fished tree tops for crappie waaaaaay up in some of the creeks they seem to be pretty deep in some areas. I've caught some bass in summer time but not done much winter fishing due to hunting season. Without me going to Alabama to hunt the January rut I am having to pass the time somehow

I always fish docks in the coves this time of year and normally do well. Haven't gone yet this winter but maybe soon.

Check the brush piles in front of the first dock on your left as you come into spring creek
