Default The cumberland today

Well I headed down to Cumberland by shelby today for catfish and used some chubs are bluegill for bait. Nothing! I think I had one on but it came off...whatever it was felt like it was pulling. Oh well maybe next time!

If you want to travel as far as Cheatdam dam, hit up the south side railing wall, throw right into where the outlet is. Last weekend once the water was down to 6k CFS flow (usually around 10AM) i was catching some good size cats pretty regularly there. If you have a boat, anywhere below cheatham just on the edge of the current i was catchin a bunch of cats too.

dcfisherman, I think I saw you down there. I was sitting in the boat parking lot waiting for someone. I was in the burgundy Z71 with the Hook1 decals, and kayak on the trailer.

I got on the water around 8am, and got off the water around 1:30pm. Caught 6 smallmouth, and 4 spotted bass.

Let me know if you'd want to go out sometime. I go about every Friday, and some throughout the week. I have extras, and paddles, and PFD's.
