Mrs. Striper Magnet OH 10-29
Are you getting tired of seeing these yet? Went out for a couple of hours today by the 109 Bridge. Caught some Gizzards & Shiners. The wife finally got freed up enough to go and pulled in a nice one on a Shiner (tiny size 6 owner circle hook). The pole bending in the background is me fighting one caught on a 9" Gizzard. I have it on video but no picture because who wants to see me anyway. It was Windy as hell and cold, therefore, no Bikini April can't some soon enough!!! BTW, Caught in 20' of water surrounded by 58' and around structure.

Well, went today from 9-1 and couldn't get er done . Started out good with a full net of gizzards, but the only thing that kept the skunk out of the boat was a 3.5lb rockfish. Their getting ready to close Cedar creek for waterfowl preservation so with that I'll be moving on down the river too.

I can't believe how hard these things are fighting right now. Oxygen makes 'em frisky! Anywho, I blew the regulators on my Mercury this last trip out, so Stripers are safe for a few days!

I believe he is talking about the Cedar Creek at Dickson Chapel, as it is a Wildlife Refuge, not Cedar Creek off Saundersville Road.

Please put the bikini on Adrian. Give Merv something to look forward to when reading your reports.
