Arrow Striper Magnet

Well, the Striper Luck Continues. Except for the one time we fished that Striper Tournament I've had a good run this year. Here's another 36 incher. The gizzard shad were non existent today. I did net about 10,000 thread fin and lucked up on about a dozen shiners and decided that would have to do. I headed out to the channel in 50' of water and sent 'em down. I got a bite right away, but I didn't have a swallower until about 4:45PM. Caught 2 just like this one and a nice cat. The sun was not playing nice and decided to set at 6:00. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.

You are killin it man. Way to go. Are you going to start guiding? I think you could for sure. Just about all I thought about today was wishing I was out on the water, but *#*&*! work got in the way. Can I live vicariously thru you?

Good job, hopefully I can get one soon. I have just been drowning shad with little results.

Nice going. I was just thinking about you yesterday and was wondering if you were too busy to fish or too busy to post.

This is the First time I've been out in Weeks! Very last time I was out we caught two 20+ pounders. Not to brag, eh-hem... but that was 15 miles down river. I just went by the house today. I've just had a Lucky Streak going since July. The Lowrance has earned its rightful place on my boat!

Haha, I don't think I'd be much of a guide in my 19' bass boat. Besides I never have more than a couple of rods out unless I'm also spooning to fire up the school. & wormdunker don't worry, I know you'd rather be at work, but rest assured, no lips will go unripped while you're slaving away

Haha, Sorry Gordon for ruining your day Glad to help with the tips. BTW, I didn't mention, I was fishing 21' down over a school that was running around at 30' in 54' of water if that makes sense. I mark 'em, park, & downline if that helps anybody. Fish On!
