Fishing but not posting....
I have been on the water over the last few weeks and doing pretty good. I have caught them on everything from poppers, spooks, frogs, jigs spinnerbaits and buzz baits. I have really tried to commit to the jig this year, I noticed that the quantity of fish has gone down but the quality has gone up. I am getting excited about the warmer weather because the grass is my river is getting good. I should have tons of frog fish coming up soon. I did get out today for some gar... they did not want to cooperate so I chased the green fish and got the trifecta, small, large and spot. I also found out how popular kayaks are getting, ran into about 20 or so today. I figured I would do a pic dump for everyone so they can see what bass and crappie look like  If you look closely in one picture you can see Jimmy catching nothing at all......

Haha thanks for the callout. I hate your stupid grassy river spot. I can't seem to catch a fish out of there and I just don't understand it. I'm going Thursday after work, let's do it. It should be solid froggin time now and I have that new rod ready to be broken in. I refuse to give up, I WILL LEARN TO FISH GRASS!

I'm just picking on ya I am game for Thursday. Here's the tackle list for Thursday. Texas Rigged D-bomb w/Tungsten weight, Frog, hollow body in black or white. Spinnerbait or Chatterbait, Buzzbait all tied to braid. Don't forget, Wax on, Wax off.
